About us
SweetDash is a delivery-only sweets and dessert service based in Watford, UK. These terms apply to orders placed with us by phone, email, Instagram or in person.
Orders
Orders are placed and confirmed over the phone. An order is accepted once we have confirmed the items, the total price and a delivery time with you. We may decline an order if an item is unavailable or if we cannot deliver to your address.
Prices and delivery
Prices are shown in GBP (£) and may change from time to time. Delivery is available in and around Watford; delivery timing and any delivery charge will be confirmed when you order. Please make sure the address and contact number you give us are correct.
Allergies and ingredients
Our sweets and chocolates are prepared in a kitchen that handles nuts, milk, wheat, soya and other allergens, so we cannot guarantee an allergen-free product. Please tell us about any allergy or dietary requirement before ordering and we will advise you honestly.
Cancellations and issues
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as early as possible — we may not be able to change an order already being prepared or on its way. If something is wrong with your order, let us know the same day on 07818 172777 or at info@sweetdash.uk and we will put it right.
